Every Friday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, join us on our rooftop terrace, where you’ll learn the vibrant steps of these popular Latin dances while enjoying panoramic views of the volcanoes surrounding Lake Atitlán. Led by a skilled local dance instructor, our classes cater to all levels, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned dancer. PAINTING & DRAWING CLASSES

Immerse yourself in creativity with painting classes led by our talented artist, Susanne Riedl. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, our 2-hour Saturday sessions from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM are perfect for all ages – children, teens, and adults. Each student receives personalized instruction, including color and composition guidance, along with insights into art history. All materials are provided, and Susanne speaks Spanish, English, Greek, and German, ensuring clear communication for everyone. Set in the serene environment of Casa Lobo, you’ll discover the joy of painting with acrylics and watercolors while surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. INDIAN NOSE SUNRISE HIKE

We offer the famous Indian Nose Sunrise Hike with one of the most unforgettable views over Lake Atitlán. From the summit, you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the entire lake and surrounding volcanoes — an experience that has become iconic for visitors seeking the region’s most impressive sunrise. The tour begins with a 3:45 AM pick-up at Casa Lobo, followed by a shuttle to Santa Clara La Laguna. From there, a 30–45 minute hike leads to the top, where the first light of day reveals Acatenango, Fuego, and the full volcanic chain around the lake. A warm drink and a small snack are served as you take in the scenery. After sunrise, the group descends around 6:45–7:00 AM and returns by shuttle to the center of San Pedro la Laguna, arriving between 7:30 and 8:00 AM.

SAN PEDRO VOLCANO HIKE

The San Pedro Volcano Hike is a challenging yet rewarding adventure offering sweeping views over Lake Atitlán. The tour starts with a 6:00 AM pick-up at Casa Lobo, followed by a guided ascent of about three hours to the summit. From the top, you can enjoy unforgettable views of the entire lake basin, surrounding volcanoes, and nearby villages. With fresh mountain air and a peaceful atmosphere above the clouds, it’s an incredible experience for nature lovers and hikers alike. Once at the summit, there is roughly one hour to take in the scenery before beginning the descent. The hike back down takes another three hours, returning to San Pedro la Laguna later in the afternoon.

CHICHICASTENANGO MARKET TOUR

The Chichicastenango Market Tour offers the chance to explore the most vibrant market in Guatemala and the largest in Central America. The experience begins with a 7:15 AM pick-up at Casa Lobo and a shuttle ride to Chichicastenango, arriving around 10:00 AM. Guests then have approximately four hours to wander through the colorful stalls, discover local crafts and textiles, and experience the unique atmosphere of this historic highland town. Surrounded by traditional culture and vivid colors, it’s a memorable way to see authentic Guatemalan life. The tour departs back to San Pedro at 2:00 PM, with arrival at the center of town near the dock around 4:00 PM. This tour is available only on Thursdays and Sundays.
